How quickly will I get a quote?
Within 48 hours during business days. Weddings and large premium events may take a touch longer if we need to confirm logistics.
What's the minimum spend?
Varies by service. Box Catering starts at $200 pickup or $500 delivery. Grazing tables, canapés, live stations and traditional buffet each have their own minimum — we’ll outline it in your quote.
How far do you deliver?
Sydney metro for events (across NSW for weddings on request). Box Catering delivers within 30km of Westmead. Pickup from Westmead is also available.
Do you cater for dietary needs?
Yes — halal-friendly, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options across the entire menu, plus pre-curated Dietary Boxes. Mention any allergies in your enquiry.
How far in advance should I book?
Two weeks ideal for events, 48 hours for small box orders. Weddings and large premium events: 2–6 months recommended.
What's the cancellation policy?
Your 10% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations more than 14 days out = no further charges. Inside 14 days may incur partial charges.
